WEST ZONE TOUR (PONTAL) (duration: 7h)
The West Zone of Rio is one of the most beautiful regions, if not the most beautiful city. Overthere, we go to the four of the main places which we consider the most fascinating of the region.
We begin by Grumari Beach, where we go to the westernmost point on the coast of Rio de Janeiro, characterized by the total absence of buildings, containing only one green expanse surrounding the beach.
Then we go to Prainha, a “small Grumari”, it is a beach surrounded by large rocks, beyond the forest, which makes there to be protected from the wind, thus becoming the favorite place for many locals to surf. Besides being ideal for surfing and having an unique beauty, these two beaches are uncrowded due to the difficulty of access, making great feeling of privacy and freedom and making everyone forget you are in a big city like Rio.
After the beaches we visited the Secreto, a natural swimming pool located between the beaches of Macumba and Prainha, formed between the rocks. Very few people know about the Secreto, as the name suggests, because to go there you have to stop on the road access to Prainha, do a little trail of five minutes and then more five minutes to go down to the pool. An
amazing and unique place in town!
Finally, we close with the Pedra do Pontal hike. An easy trail, about 15 minutes to reach the top, with a sensational view divided into a "V", the beaches of Macumba and Recreio. Spetacular!

WEST ZONE TOUR (TELÉGRAFO) (duration 8: 30h)
The West zone of Rio is one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, regions of the city. On this tour, we will go to four of the most important and charming places in the region.
* After driving a beautiful road by the sea, we will arrive at the beginning of the trail of the Telégrafo Stone. The trail is easy to moderate level, usually done in about 45 minutes and has two lovely views, one for Restinga da Marambaia and one for the beaches of the Zona Oeste.
In recent years, the Telegraph Stone has become very famous, especially among Brazilians, by the visual effect of the photos of one of the views, which seems to have nothing under the stone. The feeling that passes is that you are on the edge of a cliff! Then we go to Grumari Beach, located in an environmental reserve. This beach is almost always empty and is characterized by the total absence of buildings, containing only a green immensity with golden and clean sands.
Leaving Grumari, we go straight to Prainha, a "little Grumari", it is surrounded by large rocks, besides the forest, which makes the beach “protected” from the wind, making it the favorite place of many Cariocas for to surf. Besides being ideal for surfing and of singular beauty, these two beaches are not frequented due to the difficulty of access, making great the sensation of privacy and freedom, making everyone forget that they are in a big city like Rio.
To finish, we visit the natural pool of the Secreto, located between the beaches of Macumba and Prainha and formed among the stones. Very few people know the Secreto, as the name suggests, because to get there we have to stop on the access road to Prainha, make a 5 minute trail and then another 5 minutes to descend the stone that gives access to the Secret. An amazing and unique place in the city!
* This tour can only be performed on regular days of the week.
